The Action Qatar team launched and ran the first Jaidah Photography Award themed “Reflections’’ between 31st October and 31st  December. The Award is the first of its kind organized by a private enterprise in Qatar and will become an annual award initiated by Jaidah Group. Action Qatar coordinated high-profile figures to join the seven-member Jury which included photographers, event management professionals and designers. In addition, Action Qatar worked undertook an expansive media campaign through press releases, interviews flyers and started a Facebook page to interact with contestants and answer their queries.  Together with the Jaidah IT team they prepared a website www.jaidahphotoaward.com  containing all the information about the award in both Arabic and English.
