Gulf PR veteran leading Action UAE

David Baker, a leading light in the PR industry in the Gulf region for over 25 years, is the new General Manager of Action UAE.   Since moving into the region in 1981 from his native London, where he studied on specialized PR courses with the Institute of PR and the London School of Printing, he has worked for international communication consultancies in the UAE and Bahrain, and has extensive experience across a wide range of business sectors ranging from aviation, travel and tourism, B2B, FMCG, consumer healthcare, IT and telecommunications, retail banking, CSR and crisis communications.
