Consensus PR Lithuania Roars Into the New Year With Two New Accounts
Action's Consensus PR Lithuania will start the New Year with two new accounts, Kreditas 123 and the Missing Persons' Families Support Centre Project, a Lithuanian NGO.
Kreditas 123 is the consumer credit service brand owned by General Financing, a financial company that provides loans to individuals. As of 2009, the firm’s biggest shareholder is Societe Generale Consumer Finance, a division of Societe Generale, one of the world’s largest banking groups. According to the terms of the long-term contract, Consensus PR will create and implement all corporate, internal and marketing communications for Kreditas 123.
The Missing Persons' Families Support Centre Project is a Lithuanian NGO devoted to increasing public awareness of human trafficking, and to reduce the number of missing people in Lithuania. The contract runs from January through May 2009 – during this period, Consensus PR will organize an amateur video clips competition for schoolchildren titled “Don’t Sell Yourself”, with the winning video to be broadcast on Lithuanian TV. Consensus PR will initiate and manage all media relations for the competition.
“We are thrilled to be starting 2009 with Kreditas 123 and the Missing Persons’ Families Support Centre Project,” said Inga Malisauskaite, Managing Director of the Consensus PR Lithuania office. “Kreditas 123 is an estimable financial firm here in Lithuania, while the Missing Persons’ Families Support Centre Project gives us an opportunity to battle the worldwide human trafficking epidemic – we can’t wait to see the children’s videos.”
“2009 is already a fantastic year for Consensus PR,” Ms. Malisauskaite added. “We continue to win new clients in different sectors of the Lithuanian market, and to build our reputation as the premier public relations solutions provider in Lithuania. Our team is looking forward to more contract wins as the year progresses.”
